    hide plan/ability;

    (1) lift the spirit-group/honor-individual, 
          make competition, 
          set award-achievement/reward-gratitude; 

    (2) file reports-analysis/records-work-event, 
          testing-defects/training-enforcement, 
          competition;

leadership= 
     关心、专业、担心。
     知敌、欺敌（强示弱，弱示强）、布陷（吓敌，破敌，歼敌）。
     分敌、盟友、固我（赏罚，善用，栽培）。
     强-弱、利-害、意外。

- knowing without doing-obeying
- no prayer but indifference, no praise but escape, no love but lust
* brave in faith, submissive to learned, faithful in unkown
